Every property is priced individually and your figure is agreed in writing after we visit. Both columns start from the same headline rent: the difference is that nothing is deducted from ours, and no month is missing.

Because our properties do not sit empty for long. We work in partnership with local authorities who refer families looking for a settled, long-term home, not a short let and not a season. That demand is steady and it does not dry up in January.
Those families stay for years, which is the whole basis of the model. We take a three to five year lease from you, place a family who wants to stay, and our margin sits in running the property well over that term. Nothing is deducted from your rent, because fees are not how we make money.
That is why the figure can be fixed, and why we can put our company name on the lease rather than an individual’s.
